Dr. Kumar Annavarapu has an extensive educational background with a Ph.D.from respected University in India, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, in Anantapur, India. His graduate work covers sociology, history and commerce. As a part of his educational outreach. Dr. Annavarapu founded a magazine. "Vidya", which means 'education' in Sanskrit through this magazine, he has been educating the youth of India and other countries for the past fifteen years, not only in academic areas, but in areas of personal and spiritual development and religious tolerance and understanding. Dr.Annavarapu has given invited lectures in German, the United States, and Singapore. He is a member of several professional journalism associations.
Dr Kumar Annavarapu has written more than 400 essays analyzing educational topics for 7 years in Andhra Jyothi weekly, India (AP’s most popular weekly). He has also written more than 100 articles in Swathi weekly and has written more than 200 essays in Andhra Jyothi Daily. He has started his career as a Reporter in the newspaper media in 1986. I do not hesitate to state that Dr. Annavarapu Kumar is a self-less personality, a well wisher of the people in general, kind to help and needy. Multitasking capacity, personality he published many writings about Shirdi Sai Baba and also distributed and market them very effectively throughout the world. Dr. Kumar reflected in his diversified activities with missionary zeal and can truly be described as man for the seasons.
His literary Works on success and magazine “Vidya” founded by him started showing the results in a subtle manner. Now it has created a movement of optimism and path finding for the youth. Information, counseling & guidance material in the magazine and literary works is creating men of courage and equipping them to become perfect human beings.

Dr. Kumar is a young educational counselor committed to the mission of spreading the information about educational opportunities through continuous publication of a fortnightly magazine “Vidya” (= Education) in Telugu language. Dr. Kumar continues to edit and publish ‘Vidya’ as the Chief Editor from Hyderabad, which has established readership of about 4.5 Lakh (Four lakhs fifty thousand) among the youth in Andhra Pradesh, India. It serves the youth giving the best information regarding Education, Employment with Career Guidance and Personality Development.

Committed to serve the public and blessed by Lord Sai of Shirdi, Dr. Kumar has taken up numerous social service activities and associated himself with a number of service organizations.
